Engineering Design Technologies received its Notice to Proceed in May 2019 to serve as Project Manager and Engineer of Record for the complete design, system maintenance and installation of upgrades to the Impressed Current Cathodic Protection (ICCP) System for the buried piping located at ExelonNotch Cliff Propane Facility in Baltimore County. The scope of work for this contract consists of EDT’s provision for an Opinion of Condition Letter, additional CP testing and data review, Possible External Corrosion Direct Assessment (ECDA), data review and final ICCP System Design and the installation of the new ICCP system. Also included arecommissioning, documentation training and test reporting.
Deliverables include Basis of Design Report with final drawings and specifications, test point Legend and location to include the sections of pipe that were tested, detailed design drawings with section views of three (3) areas, as well as IFC drawings, prior to construction.
