Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT), as A/E of record, in association with KIRCO MANIX is providing full Design-Build services for the Phoenix Senior Living Facility project. The Facility includes a 152,459 SF structure consisting of 106 independent living apartments, 1,081 SF each and 24 memory care units with medical personnel on site. The site is approximately 14 acres in size. EDT was responsible for Design-Build, environmental engineering services, subsurface investigation and geotechnical evaluation as well as land planning services.
