Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT) is providing Design-Build services for the Phoenix Senior Living Facility project at James Creek in Cumming, Georgia.
The facility includes a 78,000 SF structure consisting of memory care with sixty-five, 918 SF assisted living units with medical personnel on site.
