Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT) provided construction and engineering services during construction of an airman dormitory facility at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia with an 8(a) contracting partner. The multi-story building is approximately 46,800 SF.
The building was designed for LEED® Silver, but with suggested modifications during construction the building achieved a LEED® Gold certification.
