Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT) was the Prime and Design Engineer-of-Record on this Class A medical facility. This project was a Design-Build Renovation of 8,000 SF net useable space for two-operating rooms, an ambulatory surgery center and a medical practice space. 4,000 SF of new, additional space was also incorporated.
EDT self-performed all engineering design, project management, construction permitting, site work, carpentry, metal studs and sheetrock, construction buy-out, schedule and cost control, safety and quality management.
