Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT) served as the contractor and constructor for all phases of the Shaw Air Force Base Education Center for the United States Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division.
The 32,000 SF education center offers an unprecedented opportunity for college courses and adult continuing education to military personnel and their families. With 25 data-ready classrooms equipped with remote screens and overhead projectors, a 70-seat auditorium, two computer labs, a canteen and additional office space, the facility is used as a combined conference center and adult education center.
