Engineering Design Technologies, Inc. (EDT) provided general construction management as general contractor for the new Fulton Science Academy Private School. The facility is also used by local community groups and organizations for large general assemblies.
The new school facility includes approximately 68,000 SF of academic classrooms and office space, science and computer labs, a media center/library, gymnasium, cafeteria and building support areas. Construction of the new facility by EDT included adaptation of a partially developed site including new storm water drainage systems, utilities services, parking lots, sports playing fields, site furnishings and related landscape and lighting.
